Well, the idea of running joAli Consulting turned into reality when the founder encountered the limitation of transacting between SME businesses during the Movement Control Order (MCO) imposed by the Malaysia government back in March 2020. We used to have the thought that the current online businesses process are matured enough to ease the transaction process. This pandemic has told us that it wasn’t and isn’t. There is a huge gap that need to be bridged between the conventional businesses and the available online platforms.

What are the huge gap? It is almost a norm for every business to subscribe to a Facebook page or Instagram account in present day. Business owners create live streaming and promotions online with the means on performing business transactions with their audience. The catch is here, what happened after a business transaction is successful? Payment and delivery. Many business owners opted for manual online banking transactions and delivery arrangements where both of this requires plenty of tracking and administration which opens up the exposure to error making. Error making is equivalent to losing customer’s trust and reliability.
